Michelle Davies
Michelle joined forces with Cloud 9 Franchise in 2013 and predominantly operates in the Bedford area, but due to her past professional contacts in North London, is also developing a portfolio in that area as well.
Michelle came to Cloud 9 with the perfect combination of experience in bookkeeping, business and Xero itself. Having had many previous roles in a financial capacity, such as bookkeeping, finance administration, mortgage advising and more recently working in the department of works and pension, she really has a broad knowledge of the finance world.
She took this knowledge to work for accounting software providers, Xero, and has recently worked in an accountancy firm in Bedfordshire, where she has honed her bookkeeping knowledge and has now got the confidence that she has all the skills in her repertoire required to add value to any business.
After achieving the AAT qualification and Xero Certification, Michelle has pursued a life long goal of being a self employed bookkeeper. She is keen to differentiate herself from any other bookkeeper, by offering the whole package when it comes to office administration. Michelle has identified that most small businesses that have the need for a bookkeeper, also would benefit from other administrative support such filing, scanning and postage.
Michelle also took her AAT qualification to the next level by becoming and licensed accountant, and a Member in Practice. This has given her the springboard to offer more than just bookkeeping services to her clients, as she can also turn her hand to the preparations of VAT returns, Self Assessment tax returns, company formations and she is also happy to liaise with HM Revenue & Customs on behalf of her clients, making Michelle a real asset to any business.
When Michelle isn’t getting her clients records up straight, in her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family.

Tracy McLeod
Tracy joined Cloud 9 Bookkeeping and Accounting Franchise in 2016. Hear from her on her journey:
“I had always wanted to start my own Bookkeeping business but was a little overwhelmed with where to even start, especially with things like I.T, Advertising , Networking & Stationary etc.
Cloud 9 was recommended to me, so I got in touch and a meeting was soon set up. I had so many questions to ask, but by the time the meeting had finished I was lot more informed and felt confident with all of the options available to me and any next steps that I needed to take.
I joined the Cloud 9 franchise in 2016 and was really impressed with the how Cloud 9 supported me. I was included in the arranging of setting up of the website, emails, social media accounts & stationary and I not only had the support from the director of Cloud 9, I also had the support of the other franchisees, who had been or were in the same position as me.
Being a part of the franchise gave me the opportunity to build my business at my own pace and really helped grow in my own confidence and knowledge. I learnt so much during my 4 years and I don’t believe that I would be where I am now without Cloud 9”

Martina joined Franchise in November 2017. This is what she has to say:
“I have been dreaming about having my own business for so long time. I hated to be stacked in 9-5 job and working for somebody ells. I was searching for different business opportunities.
I landed on Cloud 9 Bookkeeping page and was reading about already successful stories there. I gave a call to Alex from Cloud 9. He assured me that this is the way to go for me. I was sceptical, not sure what to expect, however I did give it a try. After signing contract, I received business materials (iPad, business cards, letters, pens, nice Xero bag). Xero bag that I received from them was very appealing to clients as well, they always commented on it with big smile. I also received Xero training together with marketing training. I was following all instructions how to look for the clients on Facebook.
Then it happened! The first client showed his interest via Facebook messenger. I was so scarred. I did not have clue what to do. I quickly gave call to Alex. He assured me that it is a great sign, I should not be worried, he will be there on the phone if anything will go wrong at the meeting with my first client. I remember that day as now. I went to see my first client with a very small hope but with a big encouraging message from Alex. During the chat with client, I was constantly assuring him that I have a big brand behind me, great team of accountants who can help me if needed. Client was very impressed as I could see at the end of meeting. Finally, he passed me his big bag of bills and invoices and sent me home with thanking me for help. I could not believe I did it! I was shouting and crying for myself, seating in car, just me and big bag of paperwork from my first client and also big congratulation message from Alex. This was beginning of my successful bookkeeping and now accounting career path… “

Martina Sujova
Ioana Lozonschi
Ioana joined Cloud 9 Franchise in January 2022, bringing with her previous experience in accounting and tax. From the beginning, she had a clear goal: to build strong practical knowledge that would allow her to manage the full accounting needs of her husband’s construction business, which became her first client and a valuable real-life learning foundation.
Through this hands-on approach, Ioana quickly applied her training to real business situations, developing confidence and practical expertise that she has since expanded to support additional clients. Her dedication to learning and continuous improvement allowed her to absorb the Cloud 9 systems and processes very quickly.
Over time, Ioana developed a particular interest in the fast-growing area of cryptocurrency accounting and has begun specialising in this field, helping clients navigate the unique challenges of crypto transactions, reporting and tax compliance.
Today, Ioana continues to run her own practice, AMT JOJO’s LTD, supporting businesses with reliable and forward-thinking accounting services.
If you asked Ioana about her approach to business, she would simply say:

Pinky Chris Paul
Pinky joined Cloud 9 Franchise in February 2022 with a clear personal goal: to move away from call centre employment and build a career that would allow her to work from home while spending more time with her family.
With determination and focus, Pinky quickly learned the Cloud 9 systems and processes. She began applying her training in practice by managing the accounts for her husband’s pharmacy business, which became her first real-life client and provided valuable hands-on experience.
As her confidence and skills grew, Pinky established her own company and has continued running it successfully to this day. Like every entrepreneur, she has experienced a few challenges along the way, but those moments are a natural part of building and running a business.
What truly defines Pinky is her strong mindset and resilience. She approaches every challenge with determination and the belief that progress always comes with persistence.

Agnes Man
Agnes signed up for the Cloud 9 System course in 2025 with a clear ambition to establish her own bookkeeping practice. By following the structure and guidance provided in the Cloud 9 online course, she was able to set up and begin operating her practice within just a few days.
Applying the practical systems and processes she learned, Agnes quickly managed to serve her first client in the property sector and began building real-world experience from the very start. Her dedication and proactive approach have allowed her to confidently take the first steps in running her own business.
Agnes is now planning to continue expanding her practice with the goal of developing it into a full accounting service. With ongoing monthly support from our qualified accountants, she is able to navigate any challenges that may arise along her journey while continuing to grow her knowledge and client base.
When asked about her experience, Agnes simply says:
